Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Nope! The best part about polymer clay is that when it bakes, it becomes super lightweight! Perfect for those who don't like super heavy jewelry. Please note, that the weight of each item will vary.
I have sensitive ears, what should I do?
No worries! Lucky for you, all of our items are made with hypoallergenic stainless steel posts. Perfect for those with sensitive ears :)
Does Rene & Clay offer any wholesale items?

Does Rene & Clay accept custom orders?

Does Rene & Clay accept refunds/exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our items and sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns/exchanges at this time.
Gentle reminder: It is normal for small variances like color, shape, marks, texture, and fingerprints, etc. to appear, due to the handmade nature of our items. These variances do not affect the quality of your item (that's what makes them unique). A refund/exchange will not be given under those conditions.
The ONLY exception to this policy is if we messed up your order, or if your item arrives damaged upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged upon delivery, please email us within 3-5 days from when your order was delivered. Please take a picture of the defective item (unused and in the original packaging) and send it to our email at info@reneandclay.com. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it for further assessment and provide the best solution for you. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated!
Since all of our items are handmade, there may be a strong possibility that we may not be able to replace your exact item. Please note, that Rene & Clay reserves the right to decline any return/exchange submitted.

How long will it take for Rene & Clay to process/ship my order?
All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday), not including weekends or holidays. This does NOT include shipping time! Shipping times will vary based on location. All items are shipped via USPS.
Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may be extended. We thank you for your patience and hope you give our amazing postal service workers the same grace :)

Care Instructions:
- Please store earrings in a cool, dry place.
- Do not exercise, swim, or shower in earrings!
- Please do not bend your jewelry! While we pride ourselves on making durable jewelry, the earrings can break with enough pressure. Durable does not mean unbreakable!
- If makeup or dirt gets on your earrings, use a damp cloth with water or a cotton swab with acetone to remove any stains.
